Resources

Here are some great resources that will help you create products and in general help you  succeed with Zazzle.

Free Image or Photo Editing Software Programs
Using image editing software is a great asset to have. You can use these programs to create unique store banners, and category banners.

They are also great in helping you create new designs and for improving & altering photographs and pictures that you can use on your Zazzle products. There are many free programs out there. However, in my opinion, the best are:

  • Paint.net
  • Photoscape
  • Gimp

Free Tutorials For Using Free Photo Editing Software Programs
If you need help and want to know how to edit and touch up your photographs and images using free photo editing software, check out my blog: FreePhotoEditingTutorial.blogspot.com. I have many step by step tutorials in both written and video forms. Some of my tutorials include how to mirror images and text; how to clone images, and how to cartoon photographs.

Free Public Domain Clip Art, Pictures, and Photographs
You can make money with Zazzle without an art degree. There are many professional artist on Zazzle. They are very talented. That's good for them, but again, you don't need to be an artist to create great products to sell on Zazzle.

Do an Internet search for free public domain images and you will get tons of results back. It's always a good practice to read the terms on each site to be sure that the graphics on it really are public domain as claimed. A truly public domain site should not require any permission nor any credit or links back.

A few of my favorite sites for free public domain images are:

  • OpenClipArt.org
  • Clker.com
  • PublicDomainPictures.net
  • Pixabay.com

Zazzle's Public Forums
Browse the public forums on Zazzle.com. There you can learn the ins and outs about Zazzle. You can be informed when new products are announced. You can ask Zazzlers questions about how to do certain techniques when creating designs, how to improve your store, make more sales, etc. You can find Zazzlers there from all levels. They range from brand new beginners to seasoned ProSellers+.
